2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to list a vehicle, submit a buying inquiry, or otherwise use our platform.
3. Listings
If you are a seller/dealer:
- You must provide accurate, honest, and up-to-date information about your vehicle, including price, condition, mileage, and photos.
- You confirm that you have the legal right to sell the vehicle listed.
- False, misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited and will be removed.
- All listings are subject to review and approval by Deal Today before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
If you are a buyer:
- Inquiries submitted through our platform will be forwarded to the relevant seller.
- You are responsible for verifying the vehicle’s condition, documentation, and legitimacy of the seller before completing any purchase.
4. No Party to the Transaction
Deal Today does not buy, sell, own, or inspect any vehicle listed on the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the condition of any vehicle, or the conduct of any buyer or seller. Any transaction, negotiation, payment, or agreement made is strictly between the buyer and the seller.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deal Today shall not be liable for:
- Any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a transaction between a buyer and a seller
- The accuracy of any listing or information provided by users
- Any loss resulting from reliance on information found on this platform
Use of this platform and any resulting transactions are at your own risk.
6. Account and Login
If you sign in using Google or another method, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, fraudulent, or misleading vehicle listings
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the platform’s security or functionality
- Scrape, copy, or misuse listing data for purposes outside normal use of the platform
8. Fees
Certain listing features (such as featured placements) may require payment, as communicated at the time of listing. Buyers are never charged to browse listings or contact sellers.
9. Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any listing, account, or content that violates these Terms, appears fraudulent, or is otherwise inappropriate, at our sole discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
The Deal Today name, logo, and website design are the property of Deal Today. Content submitted by users (listing details, photos) remains the property of the submitting user, who grants us permission to display it on the platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
